Q: How do I send followup emails to contacts in workflow according to their email activity?
I sent an email and I'm tracking 3 things in it. I want the second email to trigger if the first email is opened, delivered, or clicked. However the second email is not triggering.
For instance, an email will be sent when a contact enters a tag. I want the tag to be then updated to Opened, and after a wait of 5 minutes, and then I want another email to be sent. This is not happening.
While testing, I'm receiving the first email when I add myself in the tag. I open the email and only scroll and DONOT click on any link. Still all 3 tags are being updated against my contact when only the Opened tag should update. Moving on, I don't even receive the second email. What's wrong in the sequence?
