Q: How many work spaces do you get?
Hello, it says tou get work spaces but my question is how many do you get with plan 1,2 and 3.
What can you do with a workspace? I am rep for multiple stores, they all sell the products but they are independently owned and I need something where I can work leads for each specific location and keep them separated from each other, please let me know if this possible with the workspaces and if so can you name each workspace?
When emails are sent are they through your service or do we have to have our own mail server?

What you have described is pretty much why you have workspaces. It's a way to separate different businesses or different functions of a business ( Product Users, Partnerships, Sales etc ). Each Workspace can have its own set of contacts, properties, apps, domains, workflows, campaigns etc. Yes you can name each Workspace and instantly switch between them. If you invite team members you can specify which Workspaces they can have access to and limit visibility.
If you are sending marketing emails ( leads who have opted in to receive communication from you ) then they can be sent through our service. For doing cold outreach ( leads you have prospected but haven't signed up to receive emails ), you will have to connect your email accounts to send such emails.

mydealstallPLUSOK that is whay I thought, thank you for confirming, my main question was how many workspaces do you get on plan 1,2,3?
I am only a rep so I would have the same email my goal would be to email customers in groups and just not have then over lap (the groups would be the stores them selves) if I am in Texas vs California etc but work in groups depending on location

You get 1 workspace in tier 1, 2 in Tier 2 plan, and 4 in Tier 3 Plan, 8 in Tier 4 and 15 in Tier 5 plan.
Are you sending to cold leads and marketing generated leads ( who have opted in )? Will help me answer the second part of your question.
mydealstallPLUSOK that answers my question, I did not see the work spaces listed anywhere on the deal. No not doing cold email they all opt in currently I am using Bigin it's 18/month for 15 pipelines I don't need actual work spaces I just need a way to seperate out the stores so I don't get customers mixed up between locations.
