sumolyQ: How will workspace and domain work with the codes?
I have a 1 code deal from your previous appsumo campaign. I was wondering, if I add more codes, then how I will I use the code? Does the limits of emails and stuff allocates automatically to 2 or 4 workspaces or I have the option to divide according to the need OR, I need to create a workspace before I upgrade my appsumo deal from before?
Confused, kindly guide.

Can I check with the Appsumo team and get back to you on this. Even I am not sure if you can just upgrade an existing license now? I do think it should be possible.
This deal uses a license system and not a code based system. So if you had a License Tier 1 earlier, I believe you can now use this deal period to upgrade to Tier 2 or Tier 4.
With regard to workspaces, we don't divide the quota automatically. The limits are tracked at an account level. You can choose to use the limits available across workspaces in any way you want. But its not like we have options to let you divide and distribute at a workspace level. Meaning there is no setting where you define Workspace 1 - 2000 contacts, Workspace 2 - 5000 contacts etc.

About upgrading a previously bought license ( not codes ) its a question for the Appsumo team. Usually within a campaign period and 60 days after, you can go inside your Appsumo Account -> Products section and should be able to find an option here - https://share.cleanshot.com/QMVlxn7H to Change Plans.

By the way, If you upgrade the license by changing plans, those changes will automatically reflect inside your Swipe One account, the one which you used to activate the previously bought license. You don't have to manually redeem codes as we are using a license system instead of a code based one.
