Q: Is there a web-form capability to capture leads direct to CRM?
One of our main lead sources would be the website. How to integrate data capture via a web-form on a website please?

Thanks for reaching out.
Currently, Swipe One does not have a built-in web form feature to capture leads directly into the CRM. However, we integrate with many popular form plugins, website builders, and landing page tools. We also support incoming webhooks, as well as Zapier, Pabbly, and Make.com for data capture.
Our experience & data from Swipe Pages also tells us that 90% use the form builder we have on Swipe Pages and do not embed the form builder from the CRM. So we basically made a data driven decision here.
We wanted to start with these integrations given the extensive scope of the product. But, web forms are on our roadmap and will be added in the future.

Swami
My thought exactly. Since it has no forms, I don't know how they're thinking one is supposed to add the email leads - one by one?? I also use lead magnets on my website and YouTube channel.
I could not see this feature on their website but it's so basic I can't imagine it's not there! Let's see if we get a response.
I believe swipe pages offer a viable solution.
