Q: Klaviyo replacement?
Hi,
great to see you here with a new product launch. I would like to know if this is a viable alternative to Klaviyo, or Mailchimp. Can your system be set up with multiple flows ( welcome, abandoned cart etc). Also wondering if features like browse abandonment are available. I know your primary reason for this product may be for people who want to keep track of leads etc, but I just want it to work with Shopify. I also bought tier 5 of Swipepages when you were here last, so interested to hear how this integrates.
Finally, support is crucial to getting this working, as well as comprehensive help pages. Can you advise if both are in place. Will you have chat support?

Yes absolutely we are a Klaviyo alternative as well and we integrate with Shopify and Woocommerce. Our Shopify integration is waiting for approval in their app store and should be available shortly.
The primary purpose of our product is not just to keep track of leads. Swipe One has been designed to combined sales & marketing functions in a single software and will adapt based on the business. For D2C ecommerce businesses the CRM is primarily a tool for customer data management. When Shopify is connected you get a access to several events that are immediately available as triggers inside Workflows ( Order Placed, Cart Abandoned etc ). You can segment based on properties and activities based on Shopify events.
You can also send email campaigns ( broadcasts ) to all contacts or specific segments to announce sale & promotions like black friday offers.
