Q: Link to Meta

I bought 4 codes and I'm considering switching to 5, I have to evaluate the potential of the integration with whatsapp that I use a lot. Is it possible to connect to Meta for contact campaigns?
Have you thought about integrating some typical functions of management systems used by call centers, for example having areas where you can insert texts to provide answers to objections during the sales process?

A: Hi,

Whatsapp is currently Integrated with the Workflow automations system we have. So you can trigger messages as responses to event that happen in the CRM or elsewhere ( for ex: on Shopify when order is placed ). We have not integrated it with the Campaigns feature we have where you can bulk send messages to a segment or all the contacts. However you can simulate the same functionality by using the Date Time Trigger on Workflows and then using the Send Whatsapp Node.

I am sorry but I didn't get the second part of your question related to call centers and the ability to insert text. Could you elaborate?
