PN_AppSumoQ: Looking for Clarity
Looking for clarity on the following doubts.
1. What are the pricing plans for AppSumo LTD users once they exceed their limit? This means that if I have a tier 1 license and exceed the contact limit and monthly email send limit.
2. Could you please explain this feature "Unlimited sales emails per month"
3. I noticed that the WhatsApp API conversation platform is LIVE now. Is this feature accessible to AppSumo LTD users?
4. Is there any limitation on features like ..Marketing automation, AI email writing, Contact management (creation of tags, lists, lead capture forms, etc), If these features are not live yet, then will these be available for LTD users?

Thanks for reaching out. Let me clarify your questions.
1. You will have to reach out to with your requirements / contact limits and we will probably give you discount compared to our recurring pricing plans at that time of your request. If we have a deal going on we will give you an upgrade for a one time fee.
2. Sales emails are typically cold emails that you send to leads you have prospected who haven't opted in to receive emails from you. Typically cold reach out. For cold outreach we allow you to connect your Google Workspace / Outlook / Custom SMTP & IMAP accounts from any email provider. These are your email accounts through which these emails will be sent. Marketing emails are promotions emails that you send to leads and customers who have opted in to receiving communication from you. These are sent via our infrastructure. These are the newsletters / promotional offers / automated lead nurturing sequences you send. These emails are limited based on your license tier as we bear the cost of sending.
3. Yes the feature is accessible to Appsumo Users.
4. All these features are live except lead capture forms. All features advertised on the Scale plan of our website ( current and future ) will be available to LTD users. However tier 1 is linked to the Start plan. Details are mentioned on the Appsumo deal page.
