Q: Marekting Automatisation
Hi,
I hope you're doing well!
I wanted to ask if your platform supports WordPress integration and whether it can trigger actions when someone subscribes to my newsletter or orders a digital product through my contact form (supported by API key or script integration?). Additionally, can it automate sending emails or newsletters to new subscribers based on their selected interests (e.g., via a checkbox or segmentation preferences)? Last, can I connect my own Open AI API Key as well?
Looking forward to your response.
Kind regards,
Marcus

Jan 13, 2025A: Hi Marcus,
Thank you for reaching out.
1. You can integrate a variety of apps with Swipe One that enables you to pass on the information from the 3rd party app over to Swipe One. Although, Swipe One does not natively integrate with WordPress, you can use tools like Zapier or Pabbly to bridge this gap by connecting your WordPress forms to Swipe One via supported webhooks or APIs. Using our workflows, you can set up triggers for actions like newsletter signups or digital product orders via webhooks or API submissions This allows you to automate subsequent tasks, such as adding the contact to a CRM segment or sending confirmation emails.
2. Yes, Swipe One supports sending personalized emails based on segmentation preferences. For example: If a user selects specific interests via checkboxes, you can capture this data as custom contact properties or tags. These properties can trigger workflows that send tailored email sequences or newsletters automatically.
3. About getting your API keys - This is something we will consider providing as an option. But it may involve users bringing in API keys from different platforms and providers and can prove to be cumbersome for most users. Currently we use different models under the hood for different agents. Each Agent has sub-agents as well. For example a Tweet Writer will have a topic finder and a post writer. Almost all agents use summarizer agent. There are memory agents that extract and store preferences after each conversation to improve your experience over time. Some agents are fine tuned for a certain purpose. So it is not like a typical chatGPT wrapper app. AI agents are going to be mainstream in 2025 and will be able to perform a lot of business functions autonomously soon. For which we need to use the right model for the right purpose. We want to focus on the outcomes these Agents deliver and take away the complexity of managing API keys and associated costs from the end user. This actually means we are bearing more costs currently.
Let me know if you have any other questions.
regards,
Swami

Thank you for your detailed response! I prefer integrated APIs to avoid relying on my own. Regarding credits, can additional ones be purchased, and will unused credits roll over to the next month? As for WordPress integration, I’m not a fan of Zapier—do you support Make? Ideally, I’d prefer a solution without third-party tools that require extra subscriptions.
Best regards,
Marcus

Hi Marcus, Make integration is on our roadmap but incoming webhooks should be a fairly straight forward way to get the data in. May I know the form plugin you are using currently to capture newsletter subscriptions? Wordpress plugin system is a bit fragmented and many don't have APIs. The plugin authors create integrations rather than the other way around.

But we do want to add as many direct integrations as possible. Infact we will mostly integrate with this platform https://bit-integrations.com/ which allows connects from different Wordpress plugins and themes.

I currently use MailerLite’s contact form since I rely on their newsletter and CRM system, but I’m considering replacing it with your SaaS solution. Could your platform serve as a replacement in this case?
For context, the most commonly used contact form plugin with WordPress is Contact Form 7, but I primarily work with Divi Builder for my projects.
Also, thanks for mentioning Pabbly.
