Q: No support.

I bought this deal and the tool seems ok. I tested it but I was facing some issues. What is the best contact? Because I have been messaging you for some time and nothing. Why you don't have a native Shopify app (plugin) and it works over the API as a custom app? For sending email notification from Shopify do we have to actually turn off native shopify email notification because Swipe One sends them? Or we just change HTML code in Shopify email notification taken from Swipe One?

With regards to the Shopify integration, I would like to clarify that we are still using the Shopify API, which is internally used in the case of a Shopify app. You will be using Swipe One to send marketing emails, and no, you do not have to turn off Shopify email notifications. You may use Shopify to send out transactional emails. Moreover, we have a more advanced email editor that you could use to send out emails to your customers. In case you have an HTML email present in the app, you can copy the HTML code and paste it into our editor and send out the campaigns/workflows from our system.

Can I get an answer on this one? I was about to upgrade my Tier but having no support is very bad looking. I also own Swipe Pages and as your current loyal customer, I'm very disappointed for not having support on Swipe One.
