Q: Pipelines, Tasks and dashboard with analytics.
I purchased Tier 5, and in the process of transferring from old CRM to Swipe One. However, three things are stopping me.
1. Pipelines: Your Roadmap does indicate that you are working on it. Do we have an approximate ETA of release to public. If no ETA, could you at least let us know if sorting option for status is something we could expect in next release. (Lack of this feature is causing very inconvenience and preventing to use this CRM)
2. Tasks & Reminders. Even though tasks are available under each contact, there is no way to see tasks and due's in a dashboard or a seperate section. This is very important.
3. Dashboard: I don't see Dashboard in your roadmap. Even though we need the UI/UX to be simple, dashboard with basic analytics such as totals in each pipeline stage, total tasks, total due's are crucial, automations, emails, etc.

Thanks for purchasing Tier 5 and for your feedback on pipelines, tasks, and the dashboard.
We expect Pipelines & Deals to be shipped by the first or second week of March. We will share updates on Discord with some demos as we make progress.
You can expect Global Tasks and Notes much sooner.
I understand that a dashboard with basic analytics is important. We will definitely work on it.
I can see a few users are impatient just after two weeks of release. During the beginning of a campaign, product teams are flooded with questions and concerns across platforms. It is hard to imagine the scale that we are dealing with. It is only after the initial period where we can take a breather, regroup, and start working on features on the roadmap. Just have a look at the changelog of Swipe Pages to see how it has progressed over the years. It is common to overestimate what can be done in the short term and underestimate what can be done over the long term.
We are working on some of the most upvoted and requested features as an immediate priority. These are major ones apart from the bug fixes and minor updates:
- Pipelines & Deals
- WhatsApp and SMS
- Email Marketing Categories
- Workflow Creator AI Agent + templates
- Lead Finder AI Agent
- SMTP/IMAP for Sales Emails
- Date Property & Recurring date & time triggers
- Company Management
We expect to keep shipping and a lot of these to be available by the end of March. Some much sooner, some a bit later.

I feel questions about ETAs or rpogress is being ignored? We have had promises on this platform only to be shortchanged so please be proactive in communicating. People are on the fence because of lack of clarity on some questions. I dont think anyone is saying give definate dates or make promises but communicate on progress. Roadmap list a lot of things as being in progress. All this at the same?

creativecontrarianYep…and even swipepages is a good tool, there are many bugs where i have the feeling those will be there forever and some features are taken away in silence. Sooo here for swipeone comnunication and truth is very important and you can see it directly from the questions count vs review count. To much clarity in shadow!! So respond fast and be super clear in each point. For now, no purchase!
