Q: Swipe One vs. Competition - Deal Breaker

Swipe One gives the same impression as most alternatives. And since this is a lifetime deal and Swipepages suddenly imposed restrictions on certain features, I wonder how the low contact amount can be justified with additional email sending limitations?

Either contact limit or email sending limit, but not both!

Having both together is not only a dealbreaker but also somewhat provocative.

Especially since, as with Swipepages, some features have been taken away from the LTDs, and none of us knows what will happen here with Swipe One.

Early adopters should receive fairer and less limited conditions.

I lean towards the contact limitation, but not the email sending limits.
These should be unlimited! Of course, I would also be fine with the inverted version.

The competition is simply too strong for such a weak limited deal!

Appreciate your feedback. Firstly I would like to clarify that on Swipe Pages, every functionality that was added was offered even though they were not even a part of the plan that was linked to the Appsumo deal. Be in Global Blocks, Fonts, Revision History to the AI Page builder we launched. I don't know where you got your information from.

Also we have increased contact limits on Swipe One and have eliminated contact limits from Tier 5. It was the most popular request and we obliged.

Thirdly its hard to find a platform that offers all that we do. A lean and easy to use CRM, support for Sales Sequences and AI agents to help with lead research and personalized outreach. Yes there is so much more to do but its already lean and effective for so many businesses while we have solid foundation for adding a lot more value for sales teams. We have customers in the Ecommerce space who can technically use it as Klaviyo alternative connecting their Shopify and Woocommerce stores and automating lead nurturing customer engagement. SaaS and Software companies can send it their app events, run onboarding sequences, send behaviour based emails or even nurture leads, Creators can send out newsletters and manage audience like how they would on Convertkit or Beehiv. If you are an agency you can onboard clients from different industries. If you are business that has both sales and marketing go hand in hand now you can manage all that in a single platform.

If you actually try the product you will realize that its UI is simple. Its not cluttered or bloated for an app that caters to a wide audience and offers so much value. Its modern and will be AI first in a lot of areas.

We will do our best to keep adding value continuously over the years to make it a best in class product. Its early days, we may not every feature that is out there. We are a platform and it takes time for platforms to mature.

At the end of the day if you find value in the deal and the product go for it.

What's your alternative, that offers marketing automation, and CRM AI? ZohoOne? I want to give Swami a shot, but my main pain is making/receiving phone communication and sms, and tracking it to customer profiles.
