Q: Update on your business and future outlook of Swipe One?
As your AppSumo campaign comes to an end, I would like to ask if you could provide us Sumolings with a quick update on where you currently stand as a business (Swipe One, Swipe Pages, etc.) and what the future outlook is thus far.
I read your "Company & Product FAQs" post made back in Dec 18, 2024 when you launched this campaign — perhaps you can shed some insight in comparison to that post where you had a MRR of 2000 and 10 customers.
What's your MRR now? How many customers do you have today? How's Swipe Pages doing? Will you be campaigning this product to your Swipe Pages userbase too now that AppSumo is finishing?
In short, a CRM is a critical component of any business and, with any LTD on AppSumo, I'm just concerned about long-term sustainability and want to make sure Swipe One is going to be the right investment for my CRM needs.

Hi Swami, I notice that you've suddenly gone dark on active communication ever since the deal ended, and there are many questions (including this one) left unanswered for weeks. Haven't seen any email updates either. It's like you collected our funds and disappeared.
I sincerely hope the end of your AS campaign was just the start of a long journey, and not the end...

Just checking in... has anything changed since you posted this nearly a month ago? Are you still experiencing a lack of communication from the Swipe One team? I'm concerned about this and currently considering requesting a refund.

The only communication I've seen from them so far is a single email update on April 10th, highlighting a few tweaks/QOL updates they released and plan to work on in the coming weeks, but that's about it.
Obviously they're either ignoring or choosing not to reply here on AppSumo, which isn't a good look in my eyes, but YMMV. Not sure what to make of this.

After a campaign ends its really difficult to keep track of questions here where there is hardly any activity.
