Q: Upload HTML templates for email campaigns and other questions.
1. Can I upload my HTML templates for email campaigns?
2. Can I use API as connected app? I want to create my own connections.
3. Any plans to integrate social media with this platform like Brevo or vbout does?
Terms Feedback -- Please consider counting contacts like MailerLite does, they only count contacts as the contacts you've reached out to recently.

Thanks for reaching out. Let me address your questions
1. Currently we don't have a way for you to upload HTML templates but this is something we will address in an update. Its actually simple to implement. I do understand the need for it though, but we couldn't cram everything into a first release.
2. We have an Events API through which you can integrate and get data in as well as trigger workflows basis them. Check docs here - https://docs.swipeone.com/en/articles/10358929-how-to-create-custom-event-definition-events
We use the API ourselves to send events from our apps ( ex: User Signed Up, Domain connected etc ) to trigger onboarding and marketing workflows.
3. Could you explain more about social media integrations you expect? As you can see we have a X ( tweet ) writer and LinkedIn post writer AI agents. We want to integrate with these API's to post automatically. And alternative to emails, we want to integrate with Twillio API so that you can send whatsapp messages to your customers. We also see how users may want to send a DM on X or LinkedIn through a workflow instead of just emails. Are these the sort of integrations you are talking about? If so they are on our roadmap.
I appreciate the suggestion regarding the terms and we will review what Mailerlite does, but we should also consider the fact that they are subscription based and we are offering a LTD currently.
regards,
Swami
1. Ok
2. I mean a SwipeOne App setup like a Pabbly API Action. Heres an example https://www.pabbly.com/connect/integrations/api-by-pabbly/ . I want to be able to add API calls in a workflow.
3. I'm not conserved about making post posts, more of a unified social media inbox (because Swipe One seems to be a CRM and client communication tool). Brevos "Conversation" https://www.brevo.com/products/conversations/
Yes, you are offering a LTD and others are not. The contact limits are low, I assume most users will try and find a way to remove contacts that are not actively engaged which is extra work when trying to create a CRM and counterproductive.
