Q: Very confused on how to effectively use as CRM (specifically tasks)
I've been playing around, and like it, but most critical is being able to see all tasks due in one view. It looks like I can open a person, add a task and due date, but I do not get how to see all my tasks due today (and overdue) in a single view. You have to open up each contact individually to look at due date? Without seeing all due tasks, how do you know what the work is today? It's a guessing game. On filters I can filter by task created date, etc, but I need a calendar, table, or filter to know what has to be done now , by x date, or overdue. This is a deal breaker :(
Also, I appreciate status, but the pre-created status list doesn't match our established workflow. Will we be able to edit the status types? I see I can create a new single-select group, but this won't appear at the top in the UX and the status is critical. :(

Thank you reaching out with this question. I do agree with you. Good news is that we are adding a Global Tasks and Global Notes view. In fact, we already designed it but left it from the initial release. This is will be released in our upcoming updates.
And, thank you for sharing your feedback regarding the default Status property. We will provide the option to edit the default values in the Status in our upcoming updates. In the meantime, you could also create a custom contact property to indicate the Status. You can create it as a "Select" type and add your preferred values in it. Let me know if this works for you?

Need to add this essential features for managing easily

Seeing all due tasks in one view/calendar is indeed an essential feature. So essential that I wonder how you could not have included it from the start. When do you plan to implement it?
I agree not being able to see the tasks in a calendar or even a list is a major miss. When will this be implements
