Q: VOIP functionality into this CRM

Are there plans to integrate VOIP functionality into this CRM? I would like to make and receive calls with prospects directly within the CRM, which would eliminate the need to switch between different applications.

A: Hi,

That's definitely on our long term plans to integrate calling directly into the CRM. It may not be a short term priority though as there is a lot to work on in the immediate roadmap. But from CRM perspective we are fairly sure we will have this functionality baked in at some point. May be sooner too as we are working on a Twillio Integration for SMS and WhatsApp messaging. So we might as well integrate calling along with it. But I cannot confirm a timeframe now.
