Q: Warm-up or not warm-up? That's the question…
Hello Swami,
I don't quite understand. In January you wrote this: "Swipe One uses advanced safeguards like SPF/DKIM domain verification and email warmup processes. Emails from new accounts are throttled initially and there are several feedback loops to monitor the email bounce rates and complaint rate. This ensures emails are sent reliably and gradually build trust with ISPs."
And later this: "However, we do not provide email warm-up services at this moment."
So I'm confused. Is there a warm-up process in place or not?

I understand the confusion. Let me clarify -
We do have a mandatory email warmup process for all new accounts in Swipe One. This process throttles emails initially and gradually increases the sending limit based on bounce rates and complaint rates. This helps build trust with ISPs and ensure good deliverability.
When I said we do not provide email warm-up services, I meant that we do not offer a separate, dedicated service where we manage the warmup process for you or provide specific tools beyond the built-in throttling and monitoring.
So, yes, there is a built-in warmup process, but we don't offer a separate, managed warm-up service.
You can read more about our warm-up process here - https://docs.swipeone.com/en/articles/10382203-email-warmup-process
