Q: What direction is SwipeOne heading towards. I can see that your looking towards the agents mainly but...

I hope that you see you have an incredible opportunity to rival the best marketing companies out there like Keap (Infusionsoft) and you steer the company in this direction.
SP is an incredible platform and to have something like SO in the background running your automation and marketing, well that's just the golden 1-2 punch that will give you a TKO over any other company that tries to compete with you!!
This should be your solid foundation that encourages any customer to buy the other product as well since it would be a no-brainer!
After you have a tightly integrated connection between the two products... then you can work on branching outwards.
Sorry, not trying to tell you how to run your company but if you can't see how important this is, you're just going to be up against the 100's of other CRM/email marketing companies out there!

A: Hi,

Appreciate the feedback. I strongly believe that to compete against the 100s of other products out there you cannot do the same thing that they do. We need a strong differentiator, not just an integration play. Yes of course we will cross promote and cross sell both Swipe Pages and Swipe One. They work really well together already. There is no need to stuff it. AI is a bigger threat to traditional software, not competition. So we want to embrace that, move fast and use it as a competitive edge.

Not sure that would be the way to go.. I don't have SP and I really hate companies that subtly (or not so subtly) force you to buy their other products just so you can enjoy one product.. Some do it, I personally stay far from them
