Q: What is 1 aI credit worth
I have searched everywhere and don’t see what 1 aI credit is worth. Also why is the convo with the aI agent not working? Have tried multiple times and it fails and says server error and stops responding after two chats. Also is this crm ingesting PII and training on it? How is this HIPAA compliant in any way? Where is our data going? Do you sell this or hand it to a third party? Do you market to our contacts?

AI Credits are a factor of token count, tool usage like web browsing and search. Thousand AI credits is equivalent to about 2-3 Million Input tokens and 200000 output tokens. What you you have to understand is that if you are on trial your credits are limited. Also due a huge surge in usage we are just hitting rate limits of flagship models. We expect this settle down as expand our providers and spike in usage will also normalize. Also during onboarding a lot of credits are seemingly used as a lot of information is processed using Web Search, report preparation etc. But mostly this is one time for a lot of businesses. Also longer back and forth conversations will use more AI credits. Different Agents will use different credits for example a Tweet Writer will consume less credits than an Email Campaign creator.
Your AI credits will be worth a lot more as models get cheaper, faster and better as that has been the trend every 3-6 months. AI Agents are very new and hot in the tech space now and will only get better over time. Be assured that we want you to use more of our AI services than not. That's when you will see value and will recommend to others.
