Yes, WhatsApp integration is on our roadmap and will be included in upcoming updates. The plan is to offer WhatsApp messaging/notifications as an action node in workflows, similar to how emails work.

We will integrate using Twilio or Wati.io, but the costs for sending messages will be directly billed by Meta on a per-usage basis. Since WhatsApp messaging tends to be more expensive, this will not be part of the standard plan—you will bear the per-message cost, paid to Meta after linking your Meta business account.
