1. Yes Workspaces can host completely different businesses. You will be the account owner and you can invite people as managers to specific workspaces. I have explained the whole organization here - https://appsumo.com/products/swipe-one/questions/domains-equals-businessesbrands-1284165/

We are also bringing some improvements this week, whereby you can choose the workspace a invited member has to be a part of at the time of invite itself. Currently they are added to all workspaces and have to be removed from workspaces you don't want them to be part of. Primarily we had designed Workspaces for a single business group to manage multiple brands. Secondly we are also looking to make the "Admin" role have access to specific workspaces instead of all. These improvements will make it even more easier for you.

2. Integrations with data sources like Apollo.io, Hunter.io etc are already on the cards. Clay is more like a data aggregator from 100s of sources and actually sync that data with a CRM. We are a CRM ourselves and we will probably be a destination of Clay and not a replacement. However we already have AI Agents that research about a lead and write personalized outreach emails on the fly. We are also working on Lead Finder and a complete SDR agent which will basically find leads from various sources, enrich and research about them, qualify the leads and then do a personalized outreach. So we will need data sources and we will integrating with popular ones on our own.
