This product hasn't been developed in 5 months

As an Appsumo user and customer, I'm completely freaked out and left hanging.

I haven't been able to use the product properly. Every time I sent an email campaign, it would go out in the middle of the night because I needed to reach 20k contacts but the rate limit was only 500 or 1000 per hour.

Even though I ran multiple successful campaigns, I'd constantly get blocked or hit with stingy rate limit increases. And that was after waiting for some days for their support to answer. Compare that to Acumbamail, where I never had to ask for an increase and they handle way more volume.

I understood why at first—SwipeOne claimed to be a CRM with email features.

But now they're straight up saying they're NOT a CRM; they're "email first" with CRM functionality.

The founder and team were active daily on Discord, but they've been ghost for MONTHS now. They stuck Dhruv (a former user) on the team and then disappeared.

Dhruv said: "All actual updates were pushed and shared in ⁠announcements which is the source of truth."

But here's the thing—the last announcement with actual updates was September 19, 2025. That's 5 months ago. Nearly half a year with zero updates.

I'm convinced they're just trying to coast until the "We Got Your Back" guarantee expires, then pull the plug.

So I'm respectfully asking Appsumo to step in. This product hasn't been developed in 5 months and was sold as a CRM, but now they're claiming it isn't one.

Extremely dissapointing.

I'll happily update my review if the author and dev get it together. SwipeOne is just not where it needs to be in order to be considered a viable CRM. It's not intuitive, slow-loading, and a mystery to use. Most alarming is that the author seems to selectively answer questions here in the Q&A, instructing people to go to his Discord. AppSumo is SwipeOne's frontline sales funnel and they completely ignore it.

Somehow I have a feeling they are just waiting out the clock on the 1-year money back before going belly up. Sounds harsh? Prove me otherwise. Get it together, Swami.

Disappointed

I have been very disappointed with the product.

The spam filters are too sensitive. Every time I send a weekly newsletter, it flags it and throttles sending, despite adopting every recommendation to prevent this. This is stopping me from growing my list with this system, and I now recognise these limitations must be addressed by moving to another CRM.

review problem

I need an immediate solution. I’m tired of this. I’m about to cancel my subscription. I’ve had the same problem for months: my account keeps getting put under review or marked as spam, and I can’t launch campaigns or send anything. This makes no sense. I paid for a service that I can’t even use. It’s absurd. I need a solution, otherwise I’ll cancel my account.

can someone get on a call with me

Can someone get back with me and get on a call for onboarding? I spent 1K, and it is not usable. I have no idea how to use it, and there is no adequate help.
