Really Promising
The math was simple: I was paying $200 per month for 50K contacts on Beehiiv, which added up to $2,400 a year. If Swipe One stays alive for at least a year, the investment will have already paid off for me.
Now, about the product—it’s still in its early stages, with some bugs here and there. My first marketing campaign took three days to be delivered, and the second one took just a day. The email designer is user-friendly, with a few minor bugs in editing, but nothing that affects functionality.
The CRM feature is even more in its infancy, but it gets the job done. The filtering system for creating segments is straightforward and works well, though I do miss some features, like formulas and relationship options between property fields.
The UI is excellent—modern, minimalistic, and perfectly aligned with my personal taste.
Support took anywhere from one to three days to respond to my queries. I had to reach out and ask them to verify my domain because, after two days of waiting, I was already getting impatient.
Although my Tier 5 purchase allows me to remove the Swipe One branding, I’m committed to keeping it to help support the company’s growth. If it succeeds and gains recognition, I won’t have to worry about losing my investment, which I’m really enjoying so far.
I feel sorry for those who missed out on this deal—this one looks really promising.

Workspaces can't be deleted or replaced yet
Novel take to CRM and email marketing but still far from what it takes to make a solid system. The Team behind SwipeOne are established so hope the bugs gets worked out quickly. The AI Agents and Research capability is very new and needed. All the best but workspaces deletion and replacement is a must have feature that's not yet implemented.

Disappointing
After the fantastic experience with SwipePages, I was really excited and happy to have a CRM that followed the philosophy of being effective and functional.
Unfortunately, after several days, I still haven't been able to connect two domains - constant DNS errors - and train the AI Bot onboarding, which has suddenly stopped accepting my input and responds with errors or deleting my last message.
The support is kind but very slow and often distracted (they respond to a request for a domain when you're talking about another one...) and not at all decisive.
If they don't solve it within a few hours I will ask for a refund, I don't have all this time to waste on a setup that would take an hour...
I'm really sorry about this bad experience.

Cons:
No Central Task Dashboard – Tasks are attached to contacts but can't be viewed in one place, making task management harder.
Limited Task Features – No recurring tasks or detailed task descriptions—only short, minimalistic to-dos.
Gmail-Only Email Sending – The CRM currently supports only Gmail, limiting flexibility for users on Outlook or custom SMTP.
No Contact Enrichment – Unlike some advanced CRMs, it doesn't auto-enrich contacts with social profiles or additional data.
Limited Reporting & Analytics – Lacks deep insights into email engagement, sales conversions, or pipeline progress.

If you’re looking for a lightweight way to manage contacts, automate follow-ups, and track interactions, it’s a solid choice
If you need features like A/B testing, sales email sequences, pipelines, and the option to remove Swipe One branding, you'll need to upgrade to Tier 2 or higher.

A nice complement to Swipe Pages
Excited to learn about the new feature, Pipelines & Deals, that has just been released. Looking forward to upcoming additions like SMS and Lead Finder Agent. Seems promising that Swami and team will continue to deliver with the same consistency as Swipe Pages.
