I have been very disappointed with the product.
The spam filters are too sensitive. Every time I send a weekly newsletter, it flags it and throttles sending, despite adopting every recommendation to prevent this. This is stopping me from growing my list with this system, and I now recognise these limitations must be addressed by moving to another CRM.

I need an immediate solution. I’m tired of this. I’m about to cancel my subscription. I’ve had the same problem for months: my account keeps getting put under review or marked as spam, and I can’t launch campaigns or send anything. This makes no sense. Full of bugs and a very poor CRM, less usable than an Excel file.
The only good thing about it is the AI agents...when they don't send emails to customers on their own initiative without supervision.
Support takes too long to respond.
Domain suspended despite excellent health status, campaign blocked, and wasted time.
I tried to trust you, but there are too many bugs in this platform. Every time I need to do something for my work, it's impossible to proceed. Please reactivate my domain or refund what I spent. I purchased software that I cannot use because of your problems.

Worst Email Marketing Experience I’ve Had
I really wanted to like this tool, but working with SwipeOne has been almost unbearable. Sending emails is unnecessarily complicated, and I constantly run into issues with spam reviews, blocks, and overly strict privacy/security policies.
I’ve used MailChimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, and many other platforms without these kinds of problems. What’s happening here is simply unbelievable and makes it very hard — if not impossible — to work with this tool.
Unless these issues are addressed, I can’t recommend SwipeOne for serious email marketing.
