Disappointing Support and Unreliable Software
This app is supposed to be the foundation of my business, but unfortunately, the support team is incredibly slow and unhelpful. I experienced a bug that locked me out of changing users or settings, and the response time was around 3 working days. During this time, I was stuck without any ability to make essential changes.

Even worse, after sending screenshots of the issue, they responded three days later, asking for another screenshot because they hadn’t bothered to check the attached files.

In short, I would strongly advise against using this app. The lack of timely support makes it impossible to rely on, especially when the software is crucial for your business operations.
