Lots Missing including Support

I have no doubt this tool might get better as lot of people bought swipe pages and owner/ceo was committed. So hoping he is committed here to. Here is my honest review at the moment
- It is a basic tool. Features not upto the Mark
1) Campaign Emails to recipients other than gmail are going to SPAM
2) Filters can not be saved or Pinned. Segments can't be Pinned
3) Campaign emails can not be sent to individual Contacts
4) Bulk Operations are not available to contacts e.g. sending email, adding to list
5) Can not unsubscribe a single or multiple contacts
6) Even Imports field mapping some of the fields can't be mapped e.g. Notes, Lead Status
- Still team is behind schedule on Features they promised such Text Messaging Integration
- Support takes 1 day and sometimes even longer and sometimes no response
- No Onboarding call. You are left to understand the Tool and Features and what they are missing

Hi,

Thanks for the specific feedback. Let me clarify whats actually available vs what's coming.

1. Email deliverability - this is usually about sender setup, not the platform. Happy to help diagnose your specific case. Your domain reputation, email content etc have a big role to play here.

2. Filters/segments - You can save filters as segments. That's what filtering is for. All segments are avilable quickly in the dropdown. We have made accessibility better recently with our CRM UX updates.

3. Campaign emails to individual contacts - curious to know why would you need this? You can send a regular email for 1:1 communication with a connected email account. Campaigns are for bulk sends and that too marketing emails not cold emails. For cold email campaigns we are introducing a brand new feature called Sales Sequences.

4. Bulk operations - common ones are already available (bulk delete, bulk tag). Rest can be done through workflows. Date time trigger and Update Contact node to update a segment of contacts in bulk and modify their properties.

5. Unsubscribe - available in each contact's profile. On the contact you can find a property called Email Marketing Consent with the values Subscribed and Unsubscribed. These are automatically handled for marketing emails as Unsubscribe links are mandatory and we handle it programatically.

Basis some of your questions, I believe you may have assume Campaigns as a way to sending cold emails, when it was meant for Marketing Campaigns like Email Newsletters, Promotions and Updates. That may also explain deliverability issues.

6. Import mapping - Status is already mappable and we have even made management of Status property easier. The CRM setup under Workspace Settings now has a separate section for it. Agreed it should have been clearer. Notes are rich text and are meant for Sales Team members and AI agents. You can have multiple notes. That's why cannot be imported during import as they are not contact properties. If you would like to save some quick notes as a property you would have to create a separate contact property.

You are right about not offering onboarding calls, but please understand its not scaleable when we have thousands of customers and for lifetime deals.
