Must Buy Tool in 2025.

I run an online training business and started using SwipeOne to automate course promotions, nurture leads, engage students, and manage client relationships.

Pros:

Minimalist UI – The CRM feels fresh and simple, making it accessible for beginners.

Efficient Filtering & Segmentation – Quickly filter contacts based on lead status and save those filters as segments for easy access.

Search Functionality – Ability to find contacts by name or email in seconds, which is great for managing large lists.

Contact Activity Overview – Displays recent interactions, email history, and tags (e.g., "price sensitive"), giving a quick snapshot of a lead’s engagement.

Integrated Email Communication – Send emails directly from the CRM, with options for marketing emails, sales emails, and notifications.

Task & Notes Management – Basic task system helps keep track of follow-ups and to-dos related to each contact.

Workflow Automation – Supports multiple triggers (email activity, tags, segments, third-party integrations) to automate lead nurturing.

AI Email Assistant – Generates email content based on your business context, which speeds up outreach.

Cons:

No Central Task Dashboard – Tasks are attached to contacts but can't be viewed in one place, making task management harder.

Limited Task Features – No recurring tasks or detailed task descriptions—only short, minimalistic to-dos.

Gmail-Only Email Sending – The CRM currently supports only Gmail, limiting flexibility for users on Outlook or custom SMTP.

If you’re looking for a lightweight way to manage contacts, automate follow-ups, and track interactions, it’s a solid choice

If you need features like A/B testing, sales email sequences, pipelines, and the option to remove Swipe One branding, you'll need to upgrade to Tier 2 or higher.
