My Honest 4 months of use Review

Latest Review June 2025 🇧🇷🇧🇷🇧🇷

My honest review:
Although the main function of swipe one is the CRM, What I think is the greatest feature of this LTD Deal is to send email marketing.

Any email marketing platform these days will charge us a lot to send emails based on the size of the contact list. In my case I have almost 50k contacts and before Swipe one I was paying $199 to beehiiv monthly. Take this in consideration. Seriously!

There's 2 types of email you can make: 1. Simple, text based and 2. Rich, with good templates for those who need more aesthetics.

Be aware: the first campaigns take some time to finish and the speed increase over time. They say that's a policy to prevent a bad usage of the platform. As of now my campaigns with 50k contacts takes 2 hours to finish. The first one took 4 days. They explain how the process works in their Knowledge base. I have no problems with this.

CRM: Its like a spreadsheet for the good...and the bad... You create a column (called property) and fill the table cells with the contact data. via Webhooks, API, or manual input.

Currently The CRM "spreadsheet" has an infinite scroll view that after a fews scroll downs makes the data to load slowly. At least in my case with 50k contacts. Hope they change or add the option to pages view instead of infinite scroll.

The option to sort columns works only for number based properties like dates, values etc. you can't sort alphabetically. A bummer but surprisingly this didn't bother me as much as I thought.

The contact import via CSV is really easy as the UI is straightforward. You select the file, map the fields.

After your contacts are inside Swipe One, the flow is really simple: filter the contacts based on your needs and you can save this filter as a segment. The segment is needed to send email marketing campaigns and workflows. (internal automations)

Support: the answers usually take up to one day.

I noticed they are constantly improving, the minor features are delivered quietly and the major are announced via email and on discord.

I think you should really create a free account to test it and see if the CRM is for you.

For me, So far so good. I think you should not miss this deal!

First Review on March 2025:
The math was simple: I was paying $200 per month for 50K contacts on Beehiiv, which added up to $2,400 a year. If Swipe One stays alive for at least a year, the investment will have already paid off for me.

Now, about the product—it’s still in its early stages, with some bugs here and there. My first marketing campaign took three days to be delivered, and the second one took just a day. The email designer is user-friendly, with a few minor bugs in editing, but nothing that affects functionality.

The CRM feature is even more in its infancy, but it gets the job done. The filtering system for creating segments is straightforward and works well, though I do miss some features, like formulas and relationship options between property fields.

The UI is excellent—modern, minimalistic, and perfectly aligned with my personal taste.

Support took anywhere from one to three days to respond to my queries. I had to reach out and ask them to verify my domain because, after two days of waiting, I was already getting impatient.

Although my Tier 5 purchase allows me to remove the Swipe One branding, I’m committed to keeping it to help support the company’s growth. If it succeeds and gains recognition, I won’t have to worry about losing my investment, which I’m really enjoying so far.

I feel sorry for those who missed out on this deal—this one looks really promising.
