Got Tier 2 and initially thought that this looked like a great product, then the niggles started creeping in... I've had minor issues with setting up custom domains, importing contacts and connecting apps. Little things, but fundamental and irritating nonetheless. Overall, I get the impression that the team launched this before it was ready, using Appsumo to iron out the kinks.

Verifying domains requires setting up a _dmarc DNS record as a CNAME, rather than TXT before the system could verify the domain. The domain already had a _dmarc record set up as a TXT entry.

Mapping import fields from a CSV should be straightforward, but I was repeatedly finding that reserved fields were not available to map contact details to e.g. Status, City, State, Zip / Postcode - basic fields that I should be able to match my contact data to, but which were not available in SwipeOne's list of available fields.

Trying to enact an action in SwipeOne from Zapier, reporting an Internal Server Error. Trying to connect to Tally via webhook, resulting in a hung process.

Non-automated support response times were initially good but then dropped off - average is now 1 day. OK if you've got the time to wait, but a pain when you can't make progress with things like the above.

I should point out that I'm a SwipePages customer, and that product has come on leaps and bounds since its launch. I had higher hopes for Swipe One as a result, so do have faith that the team will bring this up to scratch.

I won't wait forever though.
