Full of bugs and a very poor CRM, less usable than an Excel file.

The only good thing about it is the AI agents...when they don't send emails to customers on their own initiative without supervision.

Support takes too long to respond.

Domain suspended despite excellent health status, campaign blocked, and wasted time.

I tried to trust you, but there are too many bugs in this platform. Every time I need to do something for my work, it's impossible to proceed. Please reactivate my domain or refund what I spent. I purchased software that I cannot use because of your problems.
