Needs Fault Tolerant Servers!!
Hello,
I'm providing a 5-star review as a courtesy at the moment.
It seems like everyone loves this, however your app management and delivery servers have been down all afternoon.
The question now is, what will you do to ensure a fault-tolerant, real-time server backup solution for live pages which are serving marketing campaigns?
Of course, this can't happen again as someone could be spending big on advertising and losing money and customers.
Please respond with *details* of your hosting environment and your plan to implement a 99.99% uptime solution. The tools, etc...
Further, will the be a new page with UPTIME results and can you keep DOWNTIME status updates live on Twitter? https://twitter.com/swipepagesapp

Apologies for the inconvenience caused. We have a solid infrastructure with redundancy to prevent issues such as this. Not what we expected with one of the nodes of a cloud provider being down. For example we use a combination of AWS + Google Cloud + Digital Ocean for different services. These are the top cloud providers out there. We have different servers to power the app and published pages and issue was only with the app. Your pages continued to work fine given that there were no issues in that server and they are also cached at a CDN level.
We did not expect this issue as this is the first time our server has had any sort of downtime. Like you said even the big names have had issues in the past. We will identify the achilles heel in the setup and improve the experience further. Apologies once again.
