We "should" or must upgrade to a paid plan after exceeding our limit? If in good faith, I / client exceeds limit will the account more or less become non-operational till end of month? Or till end of year? Or forever? I feel you're trying to be fair (and it's appreciated and we don't want you to go out of business offering too much that drives up your expenses etc) but it would help us plan / purchase/ communicate to others if we knew the consequences etc. of too many clicks. Suggestion: if clicks exceed limit, you could review consequence on case-by case basis with it in mind that the account might become non-operational until the number clicks were re-captured over time. EG - someone buys 50k clicks per month (starting / ending on first and last day of month). Jan 1st a campaign starts, by Jan 31 of same year, 100k clicks occur (ie limit is exceeded by 50k clicks). Thus, as incentive to upgrade and to make up for excess clicks, account is frozen one month, till Mar 1 (but not for the year or for life). Does that sound fair? Would this allow you to stay in business? Some might not like the limits / consequences I've posted but your company looks new (how long in business? How well funded for the next several years?). It's not helpful to us if you over-promise and then fail or under-deliver.
