Co-founder reached out and helped me solve the issue
You can read my first review below. I have yet to fully test the product as there was a technical issue that led me to assume that there was a problem with Switchy. After 9 days without any real support I got a bit pushy in the chat, which eventually led me to get on a call with the co-founder where we explored the issue in depth. It became clear that the problem was with Meta and not Switchy, and something that normally was fully automatic did not work in my case, hence the support did not have the knowledge to help me out which is understandable. The co-founder agreed that the guides in the FAQ and support communication could be improved and was receptive to my feedback. I am looking forward to test Switchy properly and likely upgrade to 5 tacos as it is probably as good as everyone here says it is.

Hi Switchy,
You say this in your FAQ: "You can integrate retargeting pixels directly into your links without any technical skills thanks to step-by-step instructions."
I do not have technical skills when it comes to Metapixels or retargeting, so great to know that those are not needed. However, these step-by-step instructions are nowhere to be found in your FAQ, and nowhere else on the platform. I contacted your support asking for help 7 days ago. After long waiting times, I got short replies, asking for screenshots. After sending multiple screenshots I got the response "You need to configure your Metapixel". Yes, and how? Switchy is not among the partners on Meta, and going back and forth with AI, the conclusion we came to was that Switchy does not forward the click data to Meta. I have yet to receive any help at all from the Switchy support, and am waiting eagerly for the "step-by-step" instructions mentioned in the FAQ. I am hoping you shape up so that I can revise this review down the line, but one week with no actual help is not good. I'm waiting...
