Hello I have a use case for switchy I would like to try but don’t know how?

It is regarding a small event I´m going to manage, around 150 attendees.

I am planning to add a registration form in my website so people will receive an email with the bank details.

All the info will be filled in a google forms.

After the attendees make the payment and send an email with a screenshot of the bank transfer.

I will send them a QR code and the general ticket of the event.

I am planning to create 150 QR codes so each person will have one.

Option #1 The day of the event I was planning to scan the QR code, and have my computer next to me, and see when I scan the QR code, how many times it has been scanned. If it is the 1st time the person can enter the event.

The problem with option #1 is that I can’t see the clicks on the link in real time in Switchy, I have to refresh the window each time I scan a QR code (which will be a long list #150), I have to take a look to all the links in the dashboard.

Option #2 The old way of doing it. Create a ticket with each person’s name, and the day of the event take a look at google forms and just highlight when they pass. (I can’t do this one, because I promised to work with QR codes verification)

Option #3 Is there a way Switchy limits to just 1 scan for each QR code/link, and then the 2nd time I try to scan the code it is not allowed to work, because it exceeds the limit I put? This will be great for security reasons

Any other option #4 using Pabbly or Zapier?
