Still using this 6 years later — hard to beat for the price
I bought Switchy six years ago and have been using it across campaigns ever since. When I saw it back on AppSumo at the same price, that alone tells you something — tools that hold their value over that kind of timeline are not common.
What Switchy actually gives you is control over what happens after someone clicks. Custom domains, UTMs, retargeting pixels, and redirect logic mean you can control how links behave based on the channel, the audience, or the campaign stage. For anyone running traffic across multiple platforms, that flexibility has compounding value over time.
Where it is more limited is analytics. It functions as a monitoring layer — you can see what is happening at the link level — but it is not a full reporting solution. If you are expecting deep segmentation or campaign-level attribution, you will want to supplement it elsewhere.
The product feels more maintained than actively developed.
The core functionality is solid and does what it says, but do not buy it expecting a roadmap of new features. Buy it because what it does today is genuinely useful and the one-time pricing makes that a reasonable long-term bet.
If you care about tracking, retargeting, and control more than feature expansion, Switchy still holds up.
