Q: Clarification on Long-Term Access and Product Relationship (Syllabbles / Dezygn)

Hi, Magnus,

I’m evaluating Syllabbles and have a respectful question.

Your LinkedIn shows you as founder of Syllabbles and also long-term associated with Dezygn (since ~2014). I previously purchased Dezygn on AppSumo and had a negative experience: I lost access after being required to upgrade to a paid plan to continue using it, which I declined, and I was unable to obtain a refund.

Because of that, I’m more cautious. Could you clarify whether Dezygn and Syllabbles are connected in terms of ownership, team, or ongoing involvement?

More broadly, I’d like to understand how continued access and account usage are handled under Syllabbles’ current model, given my past experience.

I’m genuinely interested in Syllabbles, but I want to make an informed decision based on clarity and transparency.

On Dezygn: I am part of the team that handles marketing for Youzign / Dezygn, and I have done a lot of work for that company over the years. From what I know, Dezygn is supported and lifetime customers do have access. If you are having an issue with your Dezygn account, please contact their support, and you can also send me your account email so I can personally follow up your case with the founder and his support team.

That said, Dezygn and Syllabbles are not connected in ownership, team, or ongoing involvement. They are separate companies with different founders.

Under the current Syllabbles AppSumo lifetime deal, you get lifetime access within the creation limit of your purchased tier.

Syllabbles is a funded venture, and this offer is mainly to build awareness and gather feedback from an experienced and engaged user community. In fact, the feedback and suggestions we are getting already are actively shaping where the platform is headed.
