Q: Issue with getting access

I purchased two days ago on the 23rd, I read some of the comments on issues with people not being able to sign in use the product, so I emailed you at synchits@audiosocket.com letting you know that I purchased, could you please do whatever needs to be done so I can get access I have not gotten a response back at all. Can't login nothing could someone please respond it is 713 California Pacific time I am sending another email I'm just going to forward the same email that I sent again so I can be at the top, thank you. I still have not got any responce from 2 differnt emails. today Is July 28th 8pm pst \

Thank you for your patience and I assure you that we will get you access to your account. Could you please confirm that you have sent your license key (found on your AppSumo invoice) in your support email? If not, could you please send that key in an email to synchits@audiosocket.com?
