Just to clarify, if I'm creating YouTube or TikTok content and my channel gets enough views to make money on those platforms, Tier 1 is still acceptable?
Examples
- I use your music in my product reviews that share my Amazon Affiliate link to get commissions
- I talk over funny clips with your music in the background and YouTube runs ads and gives me a commission.
- I make a video for things on the TikTok shop that gets me commissions with your music under my voice.
All these don't conflict with Tier 1, correct?

Thanks for the question.
Tier 1 covers media posted to your own personal channels. From your examples above, Tier 1 is fine as long as the media you're creating is ONLY being published on your personal channels. IF you post them on other business channels or you create web ads or promotional videos and run them on other channels or deliver these videos to clients, then you need Tier 2.
