Looking at your credit conversions. If 1 credit = 1 second then 18,000 credits per year is only 5 hours per year. Can you clarify this?

Hi Nilesh, maybe your translation is a bit off. 5 hours a year is not good for anyone. Also, you seem to be calculating incorrectly. If someone creates 10 videos a week at 15 mins each that's only two weeks of video they can create for the entire year. So you are saying you made this deal for people who only create 1 sec videos correct?

If I want to translate a 10-minute video into several languages, e.g., into 10 different languages, would 100 minutes already be gone in that case, or only 10 minutes? So does it matter how many languages I translate into, or does only the role of the video matter that I am currently translating? And then regardless of how many languages.

Since 1 credit equals 0.5 second of translation, a 10-minute video is 600 seconds in total. So, 300 credits will be consumed for 10 mins video regardless of any language you choose.
