Signatures created with SyncSignature work with Zoho mail. We do not offer automatic installation for team signatures in Zoho mail directly. You can manage signatures for whole organisation in SyncSignature and then send via email so users can install it manually.
Is it easy to install for each user I am just seeing if this would be a good fit
Yes, it would take less than a minute to just copy and paste it in the settings- one time requirement.

SyncSignature will help you create signature template for your company so that you just simply have to add teammates data to create a signature for every employee and then you can bulk send them all signatures via email so they can copy and paste it on their own.
