Q: Email Tracking and Client Opens
Hi, do you guys have email tracking / client opens? Or is this just only for the signature itself?

No, we do not have email tracking and client opens.
Email open tracking can be unreliable because many email clients block image tracking, privacy features prevent pixel loading, and email previews or bots can trigger false opens.

do you plan on having this feature in the future? I find it incredibly useful for sales.
We thought a lot about this to be honest and even started researching. Since it will create misunderstanding if stats are not very reliable, we are still not sure. However, you can put it on our roadmap, we will check for the interest.

Thanks for the quick response. I personally cannot live without it. When a customer is opening up emails and following up for sales, it's almost an instant close since they have the idea fresh in their minds and our sales team conveniently calls them. it's like a 95% close rate at that point. I'm test driving your tool now and it's pretty fantastic.

if you guys plan on doing email open tracking - i would full stack instantly. sure email clients block it but there are plenty of people that allow images / pixels / use web browsers. if you guys add this to the roadmap, i'm on board.

@Neel, Email open tracking is critical for sales as it helps me time follow-ups and close pending deals effectively. Even if not 100% accurate due to email previews or blocking, the insights are directionally valuable and have been great in identifying warm leads. I haven’t experienced significant issues with bots or false opens before, it just improves sales.
