Q: Post-Purchase Issues
Recent Tier 6 purchase with a few issues:
1. Headshot: clicking on one of the six does nothing, had to click the skip option below
2. Cannot view a signature after creating page generates error and cannot go back
3. You have a robust BetterDocs KB, but we cannot find the white label options/directions; verified the account has Tier 6

1. Likely a browser issue, we suggest to use Chrome for the best results.
2. Let me check this one with my team. Can I request you to hard refresh(cmd+shift+R) and check again? Sometimes all it needs is a refresh to make the latest version live.
3. Whitelabel is a special offering and hence we haven't added questions related to that. My team will send a guide for you to refer for all things related to whitelabel.

Had the same browsing issue with Safari.... seems to work with Chrome.
SyncSignature works the best with Chrome browser. There will be issues with Safari due to the way that browser handles technical functionality for SyncSignature.
