Q: Signature cards are not received when sent by email
Hi,
I create a template and added it in group with a team mate. I emailed my signature and the team mates signature several times and emails are not received.
I copied mine and placed it into my MS365 signature. Not sure how to get the signature to my teammate as I cannot see her card, although I added information to the platform with I added her.
I have T2. How do I resolve this. I am assuming there is also a way to integrate this so that when the card is updated it get updated in the email footer as well.
If I invited my teammate would she be able to see the card herself? Trouble is, the system is not sending email.
