Q: Signature design features & handling of 'dark mode'
1) Can SyncSignature create more complex signature designs than what is shown in the 'templates' of your home page? For example, signatures with non-white background, company logomark as well as a headshot, and custom fonts?
2) How do the signatures created by SyncSignature handle 'dark mode' on email clients? A consistent problem we've had with email signature apps is they create a signature that looks ok on 'light' mode, but if the client has their email app set to 'dark' mode, the signature sometimes not only looks terrible, it can be become hardly legible...

1. SyncSignature can create more complex signature designs but we have a certain way of creating signatures so we can not provide fully customizing signature editor. You can share your design reference and we can get to a similar looking design that can be work well with SyncSignature. Custom fonts are not supported since it doesn't work well with many email clients so it doesn't fit well with customers. We are supporting fonts that support majority of email clients.
2. Dark mode render differently in different email clients(Gmail, Apple mail, Outlook etc.). We provide a preview of how it may look in many email clients and take care of most part which is to invert colors in case of dark mode. There could be some limitations with images(logo, headshot etc.) and certain colors since it depends on where they are being received.
