Q: Sync on every email client
Dear Team,
1. I have different companies and the employees use different email clients, not Google Workspace, but e.g. Hubspot, Spark, Postbox, Thunderbird, Outlook etc.
Do I understand correctly that everyone just enters an HTML code in their signature editor in the email client and the signatures will still be synced (with banners, etc.) - regardless of which client they use? So basically, you just set it up once, and then everything can be changed via SyncSignature?!
2. If I buy Tier 3 now and at some point need more signatures when the LTD is no longer active on Appsumo, how much does each additional signature cost?

1. Google Workspace integration provides auto install facility, that means everything can be managed from SyncSignature and employees won't have to manually set up even once.
We are actively working for bringing Microsoft/Outlook sync as well.
For other clients/CRMs, signatures can be created and managed for employees in groups. You can send them all an email for their signatures with a single click, they will have to manually copy and paste it in their account. Bulk updates can be done on SyncSignature, don't need to manually make design changes for each signature created. You can then send updated signatures again via email.
2. For now, Tier 3 limit for signatures is 100. You can remove inactive signatures and replace it with new ones. If you exhaust the limit in future, please reach out to us on support@syncsignature.com and we will provide appropriate solution.
I hope that helps. We look forward to seeing you among our happy customers :)
I understand. For other clients or CRMs that don't have SyncSignature integration, anytime there’s a change—like adding a new link to the latest blog entry in a signature or making a design change—all employees need to manually update their signatures. I thought it worked like an iframe, where once it's installed, all changes sync automatically.
Do analytics work with all email clients?
Hajo, for your use case about the latest blog entry, there's an easy workaround : use a biolink page for your company, and reference the biolink link in your employees signatures. This way, each time you need to add a new blog entry, you will update the biolink and that's it. You can name this CTA as you want in your signatures. And FYI, ElkQR is great and can provide the links page.
