Good... when it works
I've been using this product since December 2024 and it generally works pretty well. The UI/in app navigation takes a little bit of getting used to. The customization options are flexible enough for my use case.
My issue, however, is that about 1/3 of the time all the images break in my signature. There doesn't appear to be any consistent cause that I can identify. So when that happens, I either waste time manually removing the entire signature and typing it out myself, or I just send it as is and it looks quite unprofessional.
Went through all of Support's troubleshooting steps months ago, and have been trying to coordinate a screenshare to no avail. Unfortunate, because it could be a good product and I'm unable to roll it out across my team.
EDIT Sept 11, 2025: Downgrading from 3 stars to 2 stars. I booked a call with their support team to finally get this resolved. I joined the call to see that the employee who was supposed to arrive, didn't. Nor did he communicate at all. Someone else named "Sushma" joined that call, camera off, which was fine. She asked me to wait a few minutes for the other person to join. After about 3-4 minutes, she silently dropped off the call without a word. I waited for another 10 minutes or so before realizing that I was ghosted and leaving. I emailed them about it, and ironically, had the exact same issue in that email too: all images in my signature were broken.
Still waiting on a resolution. Bad experience overall.
