Purchased Tier 3 for Professional use, but currently disappointed.
The tool is very useful, but to consider it mature and meet my expectations, there are some limitations to address:
- It's not possible to move the elements by dragging the fields in the editing interface, for example, to place the email before the website or the landline before the mobile number.
- Phone numbers are not clickable to make calls through the default app, which is a useful feature on mobile.
- To obtain circular images, they must be uploaded already in that format, as the border radius has a limit, as do the pixels for the texts. Settings are made by dragging on a bar with predefined minimum and maximum values, instead of manually entering the desired number.
- Once a signature is created, it cannot be moved between workspaces or groups within the same workspace.
However, the platform is useful for creating graphic signatures simply and quickly.
Currently, it is not ready for use at an agency or enterprise level. I would have liked to give the developer a chance to address my concerns, but:
- there is no ticketing system, and the chat doesn't work.
- there is no link to support.
For now, I’m giving only 3 tacos, but I am ready to revise my review once these issues are resolved.

Thanks for your elaborated response. It helped us understand your issues better.
I'd love to highlight the fact that we have been very proactive in addressing customer concerns as you can see in the other reviews/comments. If you connect through chat which is available on both website and platform, we make sure to get back to you. There is a direct call with founder option available in platform. Many customers come on 10 minutes call and share their feedback/requests and we have implemented many of them on the platform. I would like to welcome you again, we can have a chat/call/email and resolve any problems you may have faced.
Regarding the points you mentioned:
1. We don't have a drag and drop feature available yet but there are variety of signature templates to cover most use cases and we are actively working to make the editor a lot better.
2. Working on making phone number clickable too!
3. We hear you, now you will be able to create circular images within the option provided. We can not make other options openly available without min/max due to the fact that it will change design that may not be suitable to most email clients.
4. You can move signatures between groups.
