Update: Significant Improvements, But Room to Grow

I'm pleased to report that after connecting with the app's support team, the platform is now performing much better. The critical deployment issues we initially experienced have been resolved, and the core functionality is working as intended.
However, there are still some features I'd like to see improved:
User Management Limitations: Currently, only the primary account holder can add new users to the platform. This creates a bottleneck for our workflow, as my marketing team cannot operate autonomously—they have to wait for me to add team members. Multi-admin capabilities would be a huge improvement for teams like ours.
Chat Support Needs Work: The chat support feature is essentially non-functional. If real-time support isn't available, I'd prefer they remove the chat option entirely rather than leave users waiting indefinitely. Email support, on the other hand, has been helpful—though response times could be faster, the quality of assistance is solid.
Bottom line: This app shows real promise, and the execution has improved considerably since our initial rollout. While it's not flawless and there's definitely room for refinement, the concept is strong and the platform now delivers on its core value. I'm confident enough in its direction to continue using it and recommend it to other teams with similar needs.
