If i want to add more subaccounts to my LTD in the future is that possible? and if that is possible, what are the costs per account and additional tasks?

sure it will be possible to add sub-accounts. We have that offer here on AppSumo page and we wauch to deliver that:

To answer your second part of the questions for the Tasks. You'll have the unlimited number of tasks.. So, there will never be a need to add additional tasks.
But, I think you were actually asking for Task runs? . This is also possible to add, also our AppSumo exclusive:
"Exclusive add-on offer: $9/mo. to add batch of 2,500 Task runs and 100,000 Items operations run if the plan limit is exceeded"
To explain Tasks:
"Task is where everything happens, in the task you will define what apps you want to integrate and what data should be synced among these apps."
To explain Task runs:
"Counted when you start to send data between apps (every time once you run a task). If you schedule your task to run once per hour, you will use 24 task runs per day."
