Q: SUBACCOUNTS 1 How does the sub-accounts work?
2 How independent are?
3 Can we split the limits in the sub-accounts?
4 Can I sell the use of subaccounts to my customers?
5 Do they see eachother?
Hello, thank you for that.
Subaccounts:
1. Within the SyncSpider app, you have a company switcher, where you can see all your sub-accounts/companies, and also add new companies to your Agency account. When adding a new company, you can select who will pay for that company (your agency or the person you invite). If you invite a user and choose that your Agency will pay for that Company, you will use your Agency limits to maintain that account.
Feel free to open a trial account to see that in action:)
2. I'm guessing that here you are asking how interdependent the Sub-accounts are (sub-account = company). If you are paying for a sub-account with your Agency limits, they don't see your plan. Invited Users of your Company can create tasks, edit and delete them.
3. This feature is planned to be developed, I expect it to be released by the end of January 2022
4. Yes, that is the point with Sub-accounts:) You can bill your clients outside SyncSpider, and manage their accounts within your Agency limits.
5. Only users of your Agency account can see all your sub-accounts. The sub-account users can not see each other.
Hope I manage to answer all you questions. If not, please just ping me again.
Thanks for your answer.
Just one more question.
Can I split the limits? Let's say I have 5 clients. Can I put a limit on each one or they all just use the agency limits?
In that case, one company would be able to consume all, unless I can limit this.
With this new feature upgrade, you will be able to put limits and cut limits as you want.
E.G.
Client 1, could have 1 set of limits
Client 2, could have another set of limits
etc
All limits are derived from the master limits tied to your company.
You can also buy additional limits with add-ons, and futrter resell that if needed to Clients.
Hey, thanks for the additional question :)
it is not yet possible to split the limits to sub accounts but this is a planned feature that will be developed. It is needed for a lot of agencies and therfore it will be done.
Cheers,
Norbert
