Easy Automation of Workflows
I have been looking for a long time for an easy way to synchronise data between e-commerce platforms and other applications such as marketing and supplier channels. Syncspider offers the perfect solution for me with especially as they are establishing themselves as specialising in the e-commerce space and, of course, with Appsumo deals.
Not requiring thousands of integrations, it is more important for me to have control over the data and workflows with the apps I am using now. With the Custom Integration Builder you can create your own templates and you can integrate whatever you want including local files. The team are busy releasing new integrations every week so if you don’t want to get into the detail of APIs then you will still have a huge number of integrations to choose from and you can always request integrations that you feel are missing. Using Syncspider saves hours of manual work transforming between JSON and CSV and back then uploading to the target API.
The support team is very responsive and customer focussed. I have received some excellent support while they are busy working on updating their admittedly sparse documentation. The product can actually do a lot more than you are aware of initially if you are prepared to dig around.
While still a relatively young product and having a few niggles, the roadmap is very promising and the product is getting better and better.
I have looked at Pabbly and they are further ahead at the moment with the options for calculating fields and formatting/text transformations but that is all in the pipeline with Syncspider and, personally, I find Syncspider more intuitive to use.
Syncspider also offers more tasks for the comparable LTD plan with Pabbly. If you can’t wait for extra transformations/calculations then go with the other option but I would plump for Syncspider as the better long term deal.
