SyncSpider is a great investment and should be in your tool chest for automating your back office. Over a year ago, I purchased the original LTD agency plan after learning more about the founders and development team based in Austria. They were already established and working towards brand recognition and were said to compete with Zapier. Now, they are focusing on automation of eCommerce platforms, which make more sense as the integration market is heating up.

When originally offered, there were only a few integrations but the system had great potential. Because of this limitation and since most services offered a Webhook integration, my need was the implementation of inbound and outbound Webhooks. This was the way get data into SyncSpider, process it, and push it out of SyncSpider via external API. After emailing, chatting, and speaking with Norbert and Aleks regarding possible implementation, I see that after further engineering, this process is now completed and working well. The only thing missing in the external API, is to implement the DELETE request or method in cases that require removal of items from a target during a data sync.

Today, there are now over 150 integrations and growing. The UI and backend are getting faster but there is always room for improvement. The backend should also allow for target integrations, such as BetterUptime, to be reusable as a target within the same Task (eg. create a monitor, create a status page) . Also, it would be nice to see some of the newer CRM deals integrated with SyncSpider like Deskera CRM, Clientjoy, as well as other ERPs like Flexie CRM. This would provide a huge benefit for Appsumo buyers. However, users can still utilize Webhooks as needed until implemented.

Also, the SyncSpider support is very cheerful, prompt, helpful, and will connect you to the right person to best answer questions or to come up with the best possible solutions immediately. I've also collaborated over their chat on elaborating on new integrations.

Lastly, my recommendation is to buy this if you are planning on automating your business and especially your eCommerce business. Or, if you have clients, like me, that want you to setup the automation for them and get paid for it, then the larger plans that have subaccounts are the way to go. Therefore, I have no doubt that SyncSpider will accelerate its growth after their launch on Appsumo and we will see major things coming out daily.
