It worked well with some of the tools I use for my Ecom business.
As a comparison, I have a fairly simple workflow set up in Integromat between Clickup (project management tool similar to Trello, for those who're not familiar with it) and Google sheets, whereby a new task in ClickUp will insert a new line item in a mapped Google Sheet.
Since I have a few custom fields set up in ClickUp, the setup was not very straightforward in Integromat. Integromat was not pulling the custom fields from ClickUp initially – I had to reach out to the ClickUp support team before I could get it to work.
I tried the same workflow with SyncSpider, and it pulled in the custom fields from Clickup without any issues, and I was able to set up the workflow fairly quickly.
If you're used to the more popular tools like Zapier or Integromat, there are some differences in the way things are done, and there might be a bit of a learning curve, I guess. Also, the list of available integrations does not yet cover all the tools and platforms I would have liked – but the current list is good enough for me to get started, and considering it's an LTD, I'll consider it as an investment and be willing to wait and see how this progresses.
Overall, happy with this purchase so far!
